TIEMPOS LOCOS C.C. was founded in summer 1998 in Longview, TX by three family members Betillo, Raul, and Daniel Castillo. These 3 decided to start the club to set new trends as far as lowriding in East Texas. This club was founded on the beliefs of family, quality, and perfection as these qualities sets TIEMPOS LOCOS apart from others. TIEMPOS LOCOS has since grown to three chapters- Longview, Mt Pleasant, and Wharton County (Houston), and reached many accomplishments such as:

• Members of the Adopt-A-Highway (sign found on Hwy 2011-Lakeport, TX)
• Members of the ULA (United Lowrdiers Association) DFW chapter
• Registered car club of the NLCR (National Lowrider Club Registry)
• Licensed sellers of CCE and other Hydraulics products
• Host and founders of numerous car shows:
