TIEMPOS LOCOS C.C. was founded in summer 1998 in Longview, TX by three family members Betillo, Raul, and Daniel Castillo. These 3 decided to start the club to set new trends as far as lowriding in East Texas. This club was founded on the beliefs of family, quality, and perfection as these qualities sets TIEMPOS LOCOS apart from others. TIEMPOS LOCOS has since grown to four chapters- Longview, Mt Pleasant, Wharton County (Houston), and Tyler TX, and reached many accomplishments such as:

• Members of the Adopt-A-Highway (sign found on Hwy 2011-Lakeport, TX)
• Members of the ULA (United Lowrdiers Association) DFW chapter
• Registered car club of the NLCR (National Lowrider Club Registry)
• Licensed sellers of CCE Hydraulics products
• Host and founders of numerous car shows:
  • Annual Show N' Shine Charity Car Show/ Hop
  • Annual Halloween Unity Picnic/ Car Show (hosted by Mt Pleasant Chpt.)
  • Annual Cinco De Mayo Car Show/ Hop
